Choi Byeong Seop, known professionally as Eunchan, is a South Korean singer, dancer and member of TEMPEST (템페스트). He graduated from Hanlim Entertainment Arts High School. He made his debut in March 2022 as TEMPEST's vocalist with their first EP, “It's Me, It's We". The group is managed by Yuehua Entertainment (위에화엔터테인먼트코리아). They debuted in Japan in April 2024 with the mini-album "Bang!".
