Sowon is a South Korean singer and rapper. She was the leader of the girl group GFRIEND. After GFRIEND contract with their former company was terminated on May 22, 2021, she signed with IOK Company on August 1, 2021 as an actress, changing her stage name from Sowon to Kim So Jeong. On August 30, 2022, it was announced that she has left IOK Company. On November 15, 2022, Kim So Jeong has signed with OUI Entertainment under the stage name Kim So Won.
