Lee Kyung Young is a South Korean actor. He also wrote and directed the films "The Gate of Destiny" and "The Beauty in Dream." He debuted in 1977 and became a public relations actor for the Korean Broadcasting System (KBS) in 1982 after completing his mandatory military service. He was a voice actor for a year then returned to KBS in 1983. In 2002, Lee was blacklisted by MBC since he was arrested in 2001 for the statutory rape of a minor. He was charged with prostitution of a minor with the promise of starring the girl in a movie. Lee was found guilty and sentenced with 160 hours of social service and ten months in prison with two years of probation.
