Tian Kai is a young director under the tutelage of the Fourth Generation of Chinese director film master Xie Fei. He was born in Beijing and graduated from the Directing Department of Beijing Film Academy with a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts. Currently teaching in the film producer class of Beijing Film Academy.
